Today, I’ve been doing some work in my freelance writing business, getting some new clients, and I just wanted to put this out there.
A lot of people don’t realize this. But the thing about making money, building side hustles, and eventually building your own businesses and/or assets that allow you to create wealth while you sleep, is that it’s all essential for not just success and financial freedom, but also for attraction.
But a lot of people don’t understand that it is also completely doable.
Today, I’m going to talk a little bit about the importance of creating wealth in your life as an alpha-minded man or woman.
Let’s dig in.
Get Over The Misconception That You Can’t Do It
Most people don’t believe in themselves enough to believe that they’re capable of creating whatever kind of life they want.
But this is a massive misconception.
No matter who you are, you have a certain amount of talent, you have a certain amount of skill, and you have knowledge in certain areas that’ll help you to create the life of your dreams.
You just have to keep learning, applying effort, and adapting.
And even if you don’t have any skills right now, you can easily learn skills by going on YouTube, listening to podcasts, reading books, taking courses, etc.
In other words, you can develop your skills by learning about something and then practicing it, doing it for yourself… doing it for other people, whether it be social media, video work, photo editing, etc.
If I Can Do It, Anyone Can Do It
I’m into freelance writing and marketing.
In fact, freelance writing was the side hustle that empowered me to leave my 9-to-5 job back in 2009.
So I firsthand know just how much opportunity there is in the side hustle world.
And here’s the thing.
“Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
Do not let a seeming ‘lack of opportunity’ stop you from creating wealth for yourself.
There is endless opportunity out there.
And you can develop the skills you need to start a side hustle and do it successfully.
Trust me. If I could do it, so can you.
I’m not special. I just decided that I was tired of not living the life I wanted to be living.
Granted, it doesn’t happen overnight.
It takes time to create the life of your dreams.
But if you stick with it, you’ll eventually find success.
It’s All About Investing In Yourself
Give yourself a few months to learn.
Keep working on it, getting better, learning more, etc.
If you want to be an Instagram marketer, for example, start publishing posts to Instagram every day… and start working on your own Instagram account.
Publish beautiful posts. Keep working at it. Take hints, learn new tricks… educate yourself so that you can continue to improve.
You can even publish posts about designing great Instagram posts.
Whatever it is that you choose to do, spend some time every day investing in that skill.
Spending three hours a day on something makes it real, and turns it into a hustle over time.
The Simple Truth Of The Matter Is That Alpha Men And Women MUST Build Wealth To Get Ahead In This World
It’s so important to focus on building wealth.
If you’re truly going to embrace the alpha mentality in life… and if you’re ever truly going to mind your business, get your money, and pursue a purpose, you’ve got to be creating financial wealth…
But you can’t create financial wealth without starting something for yourself.
I cover why it’s so vitally important for alpha-minded men and women to create wealth for themselves in this post.
Some kind of side hustle or business is absolutely necessary.
Hourly Wage Jobs Won’t Get You Ahead In This World
You can work an hourly wage job, but honestly, nowadays, that’s just not enough to get you the financial independence you need to really stand out and be free… to really level up your life.
Getting a job is a great first step.
But most hourly wage jobs just don’t pay enough to cover the bills and get you ahead in life.
You gotta be setting something up for your future; some kind of asset that’s going to make you money while you sleep down the line.
That’s the only way to really achieve financial independence in this world.
Unless you’ve got a lot of assets already, and can invest to create more money. Or unless the job you’re working toward is to become a lawyer or a doctor or some other extremely lucrative job, as those are obviously very high-paying jobs that can open bigger doors for you down the line.
But for the most part, you’ve got to be building assets.
You’ve got to be building something that’s going to support you in the future.
And so, side hustles offer a perfect way to do that.
With that being said, here are the three most important steps to take to start creating alpha-level wealth in your life, regardless of whether you’re a man or a woman.
1. You Start With A Job
Start working, and start getting some money coming in.
Then, immediately start working on step number two.
2. Start Working On A Side Hustle
Start working on a side hustle.
Do this after-hours, after you get home from work, or on your days off.
Yes, it’s a lot of extra work. But it’s absolutely important that you do this.
Eventually, that side hustle replaces your income so that you earn even more.
This gives you much better options in life, and helps you to push your way up to a better income bracket.
3. Start Building Businesses And Assets That’ll Earn You Money While You Sleep
This could be a rental property. Or, it could be an extension of your side hustle.
It could even be a vending machine!
For me, it’s all about growing my own dating-coach business.
I have a mastermind tribe to help me earn money on a subscription basis. But I’m also going to publish books, courses, and other materials.
Eventually, these sales will make me money even while I’m sleeping.
In the meantime, I also plan to invest in real estate.
I even currently rent out my spare bedroom to a roommate to help me cover my bills.
In Conclusion
See, whatever it is you decide to do, you need to have a plan for financial independence.
Men need it to be attractive to women. They’ve got to be building wealth in this world if they want to present themselves as truly effective men.
Women need it because they need options.
They can’t be reliant on a man to always supply them with what they need.
They’ve got to be able to control their own fate and their own destiny.
