As you probably know by now, there’s no shortage of ways to level up your attraction.
Leveling up mind, body, and spirit is where it all starts.
Then, by embracing the Alpha mentality, we focus on:
- Minding our business
- Getting our money
- Pursuing our purpose
- And inevitably, creating our own destiny
Developing healthy habits is a foundational cornerstone of leveling up in our lives, increasing our attractiveness, and increasing our effectiveness in life.
And I’ve found that one of the most significant habits to level up are the habits we adopt first thing in the morning.
In this post, I’m going to outline why I believe it’s important to develop strong morning routines if we want to attract high-value men and women into our lives.
Let’s jump in.
High-value Men And Women Will Observe Strong Morning Routines Of Their Own… And We Should Do The Same
There are all kinds of humans in this world.
Not all of them get up at the crack of dawn.
Not all of them leap out of bed in the morning, filled with energy, ready to conquer the world.
But here is the bottom line.
At the end of the day, there are really only two types of people.
- There is the type of person who wakes up and takes control of their morning, choosing to create the destiny that they want for themselves
- Or, there is the type of person who wakes up dreading the day, hating the fact that they have to get out of bed, and wishing that they could roll over and go back to sleep
Don’t get it twisted, sleep is a basic and fundamental human need.
We all need quality sleep.
But Productive, Beneficial Morning And Night Routines Are Essential For Successful Lives
The person who’s creating the destiny they desire for themselves will make sure that they get the sleep they need by attending to not only morning routines, but also nightly routines that are healthy, helping to contribute to a successful life characterized by order and purpse.
Having this kind of overarching control over your own life is essential if you want to truly level up and become a high-value man or woman.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to say that I’m perfect at this.
This is coming from a guy who used to hate waking up in the morning.
I used to hate mornings.
I used to label myself as a night owl instead of a morning person.
Why did I do this?
Because it was the truth.
Here’s the thing. Sometimes, I’m on a night schedule. Sometimes, I’m on a day schedule.
But here’s the question that matters.
Am I taking control of my destiny, or am I just reacting to/coping with the things that life throws at me?
Are your current sleep and morning habits decided by you, or do they happen because of the circumstances of life throwing curveballs at you?
It’s tempting to just react to the chaos of life.
And there are times when I still need to battle this temptation within myself.
It Isn’t A Question Of Whether I’m A Night Owl Or A Morning Person
It’s actually a question of how much control I’m seizing over my own life and energy to create the destiny that I want for myself.
The specific time that you wake up isn’t a magic number.
What is important are the following things.
You need to:
- Get enough sleep
- Have control over your own routine
- Put energy into planning your sleep and wake routines to maximize your effectiveness
- Control your life, rather than letting your life control you
See, there is a subtle distinction here that really needs to be understood.
It doesn’t matter if you sleep 6 hours or 12 hours.
It doesn’t matter if you wake up at 6am or 6pm.
What matters is that you go to bed on your terms, in alignment with your plans and purpose, and then wake up again after sleeping with a plan to take control of your life and turn it into something amazing.
Far Too Many People Just Allow Life To Roll Right Over Them
They’ll party late into the night to escape their stress, worry or anxiety, and then pay for it the following morning by rolling out of bed sleep-deprived, and hating what they’re about to have to do to get by for the day.
This is a vicious negative cycle that has massive negative repercussions for the rest of your life.
And trust me, I’m not pointing fingers here.
I know this firsthand because this was me.
This was exactly what I did, and I suffered for it for years.
But guess what?
I could have changed it at any point. I just didn’t care enough to put in that effort.
At The End Of The Day, The Point Here Is Simple
Leveling up your attraction demands that you take control of your sleep and wake schedules.
These vital parts of the day are too important to leave to the whim of chaos.
The better you get at maintaining your life and seizing control of these vital parts of it, the more control you’ll have over how much you actually level up.
And as you get better at regulating your own sleeping habits and waking habits, you’ll also get better at achieving success for yourself in creating the life that you truly want.
And all of this speaks to effectiveness. And effectiveness translates to a better chance for survival. And that ultimately equates to being more attractive as a potential high-value partner, with something of value to bring to the table in life.
This is why you’ll often hear millionaires and billionaires talking about their morning routines, and how important they are.
Obviously, there are exceptions to every rule.
But as a general rule, maintaining a strong evening and morning routine sets you up to maintain direct control over the rest of your life as well.
And as alpha-minded men and women, it is imperative that we do this.
Hopefully, this post has helped you to understand how important it is to maintain positive, beneficial evening and morning routines, and why they make us more attractive.
